Payment
Your payment must be made on the morning of the tour on the day of the tour after booking.
Apart from the tour fee, there may be payment for the extra content in the tour.
No receipt is required. Name, surname and reservation number are sufficient if you have made a reservation on the site.
For a private tour, contact us via live support or e-mail, and we talk about the content of the tour and report the price.
Wear comfortable clothes so that you can be comfortable during the tour, you do not need to bring anything extra. According to the tour types, extra materials are provided inside.
Reservation
After making a reservation, our team will get back to you with information about the tour and current hours.
In such a case, if you inform us with your reservation number via live support, authorized friends will help you.
You can request cancellation of your reservation number via Live Support or by sending an e-mail.
Weather
It takes place at all times when the weather conditions are suitable for tours. If there are weather conditions that the tour will not take place, an e-mail will be sent to you.
If the tour is not possible due to weather conditions, your reservation is taken to the next day or a suitable day and an e-mail is sent to you.
